2. Categories of personal data processed

4. Legal bases for processing

Under Article 5 of the KVKK, your data may be processed where processing is expressly provided for by law; is necessary for concluding or performing a contract; is necessary to fulfil our legal obligations; is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right; is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed; and/or where your explicit consent has been obtained.

5. Collection methods

Your data may be collected electronically through website forms, order/payment screens, email, phone, corporate quote processes, cookies and automated system logs; and, where necessary, through written communication.

6. Transfers to third parties

Within the purposes stated above and in accordance with the KVKK, your personal data may be transferred to:

Payment institutions and banks
Cargo / logistics companies
Accounting, legal, IT and hosting service providers
Competent public authorities and institutions where legally required

7. Retention period

Your personal data is retained taking into account the periods required by applicable legislation, the continuation of contractual relationships and limitation periods. At the end of the relevant period, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

8. Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

As a data subject, you have the right to:

Learn whether your personal data is being processed
Request information if your personal data has been processed
Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose
Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad
Request correction if your personal data is incomplete or inaccurate
Request deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set out in the KVKK
Request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
Object to a result against you arising from analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems
Request compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing of your personal data

Your application must include information that verifies your identity and a clear statement of your request. Applications are concluded as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, in accordance with the KVKK and related regulations.
