Return Policy

This page explains return, withdrawal and exchange terms for orders placed via senkronseals.com. We aim to keep the process clear, fast and compliant.

1. Scope

This policy applies to security seals and related products sold by Senkron Seals (SENKRON GROUP PLASTİK SANAYİ TİC.İTH.İHR.LTD.ŞTİ.) via senkronseals.com.

For consumer distance contracts, Turkish consumer protection rules (Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation) apply. For commercial/corporate (B2B) purchases, the order confirmation and written agreement prevail.

2. Right of withdrawal (consumer – distance sales)

Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason and without paying a penalty.

The period starts on the day the goods are received. Withdrawal may also be exercised between contract conclusion and delivery.

It is sufficient that written notice (or another durable medium such as email) reaches us within this period.

Notify us at [email protected] with your order number, product details and return request.
After withdrawal, return the goods complete and in original packaging within 14 days of our receipt of your notice.
Refunds are processed within the legal period after we receive a valid notice and an eligible returned product, using the original payment method where possible.

3. Exceptions to withdrawal

Withdrawal is not available in the following cases (legal exceptions and product nature):

Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (custom logo, custom text, serial ranges, special color or custom print)
Goods whose packaging has been opened after delivery and that are not suitable for return for hygiene/security reasons
Goods that have been used, cut, installed or applied as seals
Corporate/project stock orders, unless otherwise agreed in writing

4. Defective / incorrect products

If you find a manufacturing defect, wrong item shipment or transport damage, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

For defective goods we evaluate replacement, repair or refund under applicable rights. Photos and order details speed up resolution.

5. Corporate (B2B) orders

For corporate quotes, custom production, high-volume projects and invoiced commercial sales, return terms are defined in the quote/order confirmation.

Approved custom-printed or personalized products cannot be cancelled or returned after production starts except by written agreement.

6. How returns work

You can proceed as follows:

Email us with your order number and product details
We review eligibility and share return instructions/address
Ship the goods as approved, with invoice/delivery note and original packaging
After inspection we complete the exchange or refund

7. Shipping and costs

For withdrawal returns, cost rules under the legal framework apply when you use the carrier specified in pre-contract information.

Return shipping for defective/incorrect items is covered by us. For buyer-fault or non-eligible returns, shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
